Canadian Cow Dog Futurity
The Goals of the CCDF are:
• To provide an avenue for stock dog breeders to gain recognition for their genetic achievements.
• To encourage and recognize proper and timely training of young stock dogs by breeders/owners and trainers.
• To promote ongoing training and competition of aged (finished) stock dogs.
• To showcase and bring awareness to the public, the usefulness and benefits of well bred, properly trained stock dogs
The Canadian Cow Dog Futurity hosted its inagural event in 2017.

Ponoka Stampede Canadian Cowdog Futurity

We are excited to run in conjunction with the Ponoka Stampede and the the Ponoka Agricultural Society this year. This year's event is going to be bigger and better than ever before! Eligible dogs must be registered and born between November 1, 2020 and October 31, 2021.

We are excited to run in conjunction with the Ponoka Stampede and the the Ponoka Agricultural Society this year. This year's event is going to be bigger and better than ever before! Maturity dogs are eligible to run in this event if they have previously competed in a CCDF Futurity in the past. We have also offered a new "BUY IN" for dogs that may have missed out on this amazing opportunity
